  • • Meet with you to understand your real estate objectives in Costa Rica.
  • • Provide insights on the local real estate market, supply and demand trends, relative property values, most recent selling prices and current list prices of comparable properties.
  • • Make continuous best efforts to find alternative properties that meet your specific objectives.
  • • Disclose everything they can find out about the seller and the property, good and bad alike.
  • • Verify information concerning property ownership, zoning, land use, permits, measurements, boundaries, taxes and utilities.
  • • Coordinate inspections and other due diligence investigations.
  • • Help you understand the risks and opportunities and provide alternative solutions, helping you make the decision that is right for you.
  • • Assist in the formation, presentation and negotiation of offers and counter offers and account for all communications.
  • • Arrange for deposits to be placed in escrow.
  • • Assist you in becoming pre-qualified for financing if applicable.
