Sweet Sunshine in Cariari
Creativity and simplicity merged with funcionality.
Casa Aire sits on a hillside with a great view over the mountains, and offers plenty of light and ventilation wherever you are in the house.
As you come down the drive, you are greeted by a waving roof over the carport. You then walk down onto the deck of the house, with a bedroom with full bath to your right, under which is another full bedroom, or turn left into the main house. This deck brings the different parts of the house together, ideal for a family wanting each side to have privacy (in-laws, grown children, etc).
The main house is simple, functional, consisting of a large open plan living and dining área, which then leads to the master bedroom with its walk-in closet and bathroom.
The house moreover has the “tower”, a separate building with the fourth bedroom/office, another bedroom that allows privacy.
The house is built on a platform which allows access to all tubing and cabling from below, facilitating maintenance. It moreover has a deep water well, solar panels, and a fun system of mini-canals that turn rainfall into little streams throughout the property.
