This colonial house, located on a plot of more than 4,000 m2, is surrounded by 70% of primary forest. It is common for toucans and white-faced monkeys to visit, no one would say that we are in the heart of Río Oro in Santa Ana.
Fruit trees of cas, tangerine, guava, soursop, orange and lemon are part of the landscape of the property.
The nature that surrounds it makes it a cool and quiet place to live.

It is an independent house, within a residential area that is recognized for being an organized community, so they have a guard who monitors the cameras that were installed in strategic places for the safety of all its inhabitants, as well as a motorized vehicle making continuous rounds during the day.
