Sweet Sunshine in Cariari
This spectacular property is set on 37 hectares with the most amazing view of the whole bay of Tambor (180 degrees), situated in Peninsula of Nicoya, one of the blue zones in the world, secluded but close to everything. Airstrip 3km away, close to the main road, the ocean is nearby and it has its own water wells. Characterized by lot of privacy since the closest houses are a kilometer away and because of the many trees around, the house is on the hill. So that’s security by itself.
With seasonal streams on the farm lined up, beautiful old trees green throughout the year. The main road well-lit and the house has security lights all around even around the swimming pool. The macaws come for a bush breakfast because of the many trees on the farm with flowers.
A beautiful sea view, rivers flowing and streams joining in, undulating hills, valleys, beautiful sunrises and magnificent sunsets. Birds singing and monkeys howling, variegated squirrels hopping from tree to tree. Designed thinking about being in contact with the nature, the house fits right into the nature with the premise of not spoiling it. The roof is green almost the same hue as the leaves and the walls are grey blocks simulating stones and skirted around with small round river stones.
Also, the hill on which the house is built is rock so the foundation is pretty solid. Among its best features is the glass walled living room upstairs plus the bar area. The three walls are glass. From this room you are in touch with nature all around you and you can observe almost the whole farm, the hills, and the sea. It is beautiful. Absolute paradise, magical…that is this home!
