Enjoy the utmost privacy among the trees in beautiful section of the Pacifico community. The tropic village is surrounded by walking trails, a community pichic area and yoga deck. A total of 15 homes will form the village over a series of phases. Every home in the village is named after a local tree which resides on the property. The first phase of the project will include five homes - Ron Ron a tall canopy tree, Coco Bolo the rosewood tree. Quebracho very tall with a flat crown. Pochote the white wood tree and Aceituno the paradise tree.
The Bosque development of homes have been meticulously designed by renowned Lacayo Arquitectos. with the environment in mind. Leveraging the shade of the forest canopy. the cross winds of the valley area and the intentional positioning of the homes to maximize energy efficiency and air flow.
