Set on a beautiful site of 5 hectares (12 acres) with views over coffee fields and the sunset beyond, as well as two volcanoes to the North and Northeast, and tucked between two rivers, this healing center can continue to be operated as such, or can be converted to another tourism- focused operation, a private estate, a multi-family compound, or otherwise developed (a neighboring property of over 100 hectares (250 acres) is also available. Another neighboring property is a protected area where the two rivers merge and cannot be developed and will therefore always be a beautiful undeveloped green zone.
Current infrastructure has a minmal footprtint of a little over 2,000m2 (25 thousand feet) leaving most of the property untouched, and includes 12 bedrooms (all with a view), a private apartment, 5 treatment rooms, a steamroom, saunas, a lobby, restaurant, gym, changing rooms, bathrooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi, a float pool, massage areas, a yoga pavilion, gardens and orchards, an amphitheatre (100 people), and parking for 25+ cars. It was built with sustainable materials, has energy efficient lighting, and focuses on natural lighting and ventilation.
